While sitting in a day spa last week I noticed that one of the girls had toilet paper attached to her foot. Everyone was in such a relaxed state, with all the zen music and decor that no one seemed to notice this lady shuffling around with a wad of toilet paper. I quietly watched her as she passed by everyone, checking in on people to make sure they were happy and calm.

When she got to me I cleared my throat and pointed to her foot. The lady looked down in the greatest amount of concern for her shoe and nearly ran into the other room. I was amazed at what having calmness around you daily does not do for your anxiety. I thought for a moment the toilet paper was attaching her. She came back out composed, ready to finish her rounds of ladies being treated to luxury when I noticed the toilet paper was now stuck to her other shoe. For her sake I closed my eyes and enjoyed my hand massage.
